Per the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA's) special federal aviation rule (SFAR 106) as of September 12, 2006, SeQual Technologies is pleased to announce that the Eclipse Oxygen System is approved for on board and in flight use as determined by the oxygen passenger's valid medical prescription.
Travel Tips:
♦ Bring enough fully charged batteries with you to power your Eclipse Oxygen System for the duration of the flight plus a conservative estimate of unanticipated delays. Contact your equipment provider to obtain additional Eclipse batteries.
♦ Arrive at the airport early. Airport security screening personnel may require extra time to inspect your Eclipse.
♦ While waiting to board your flight, you may be able to conserve battery power by using the AC Power Supply to power your Eclipse from an electrical outlet in the airport terminal.
• You must inform the airline you will be using your Eclipse. Have your physician letter with you and ready for inspection if requested.
